For weight loss, replace fruits, vegetables, and nuts with the following diet below Monday-Wednesday of each week. Monday Breakfast: ½ Grapefruit, Slice of Toast with a tablespoon of Peanut Butter Lunch: ½can of Tuna Dinner: 3 oz. of Chicken, 1 cup of Beets, 1 cup of String Beans and 1 Apple Tuesday Breakfast: 1 Boiled Egg, 1 Banana, Slice of Toast, 1 cup of Coffee or Tea Lunch: ½ cup of Cottage Cheese Dinner: 2 Beef Hotdogs, 1 cup of Broccoli and Carrots, 1 Banana, Coffee or Tea Wednesday Breakfast: 1 Apple, Slice of Sharp Cheese and 5 Crackers Lunch: 1 Boiled Egg Dinner: 1 can of Tuna, 1 cup of Cauliflower and Beets, and ½ Cantaloupe
